2026 Annual Luncheon

PeaceTrees Vietnam hopes you'll join us for the 2026 Annual Luncheon on Thursday, October 29th! We're glad to gather our wider community once again to honor over three decades of partnership, trust, and bright futures in Central Vietnam. PeaceTrees is also excited to share that we'll be hosting the luncheon at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel Seattle this year.

PeaceTrees' Annual Luncheon helps us raise a significant portion of the funds that support our programs and operations in Vietnam, and this year's fundraising goal is $300,000! To help us reach this goal, the suggested minimum donation for each guest is $300. Of course, we don't want the minimum donation to be a barrier to anyone and encourage you to make a gift that is meaningful to you - it takes gifts of all shapes and sizes to help us meet our fundraising goal each year.

Keynote Speaker
Amanda Nguyen is an astronaut and activist - and this year's keynote speaker. She made history as the first Vietnamese and Southeast Asian woman in space. To learn more about Amanda, please click here.

Other Important Details
Valet parking is available at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel for $30 and self-parking is available across the street at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel Garage for $10. If you're traveling to Seattle from out of town and are interested in staying at the Fairmont Olympic please contact info@peacetreesvietnam.org for a discount code for your room booking.

The program will take place in the Fairmont's ballroom, which is up two small flights of stairs. A ramp and lift are available for accessibility purposes. Please contact info@peacetreesvietnam.org if you have need any specific accomodations or would like to chat with staff about the venue's ADA compliance. We will have a designated accessibility point person on the day of the luncheon to support your needs as well.
