About This Event
BOOM...POW! The Pearce Family Foundation is excited to be already planning our 11th Annual Clays for a Cause event, which will be on Saturday, October 25th!
Registration will begin at 8AM and the tournament will start at 9AM.
We will be meeting at the Pavilion for registration and coffee. We will have your waiver, score cards, ear plugs, ammo, and a cooler filled with water bottles ready for you!
Run down of event day:
- Arrive, check-in with our volunteers, enjoy coffee and a light breakfast, and check out raffle items
- Safety speech from Ben Avery
- You will head to your assigned starting station and the tournament begins
- When you finish shooting at all stations, turn in your team's scorecards and enjoy lunch
- When all groups are finished and scorecards have been counted, we will announce the award winners and raffle item winners
Each station will have one volunteer to take your score card and pull the clays for your group. We ask that each group stays in their squad and follows directions provided by our event team and volunteers.
You will still shoot at 10 stations, 5 times each.
We will let you know more details about the lunch to be served as we get closer to the event date!
We have limited availability for shotgun rentals - first come, first serve! If you can, bring either a 12 or 20 gauge gun, we provide you with ammo.
Sponsorships are available NOW so be sure to get your company involved in a great event you will never forget.
