12th Annual Clays for a Cause

About This Event

The Pearce Family Foundation is preparing for our 12th Annual Clays for a Cause on Saturday, October 17th. Registration opens at 8:00 AM and the tournament begins at 9:00 AM.

We’ll gather at the Pavilion for registration; you’ll receive your waiver, scorecard, ear protection, ammunition, and water for your team.

 

Event Schedule

7AM- Check in with our volunteers, grab coffee and breakfast, and take a look at the raffle items

8:45AM- Safety briefing from the team at Ben Avery Shooting Facility

9AM- Head to your assigned starting station as the tournament begins

10AM- After completing all stations, turn in your team scorecard and join us for lunch

11AM- Once all teams have finished and scores are finalized, we’ll announce tournament and raffle winners

 

Each station will have a volunteer managing scorecards and pulling clays for your group. Please remain with your assigned squad and follow directions from the range officers and event team throughout the morning.

Details about breakfast and lunch will be shared as we get closer to the event.

A limited number of shotgun rentals are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. If possible, please bring your own 12‑ or 20‑gauge shotgun. Ammunition is provided.

Sponsorship opportunities are now open for companies that would like to support the event and the veterans we serve.
