The Illinois Reentry Conference brings together people who are justice-impacted, their families, advocates, public health professionals, healthcare providers, social service professionals, and members of the community for a day of honest dialogue to transform how we advocate for and work with people who are justice-impacted. This conference includes presentations, workshops, artistic expression, supportive space for networking, and a presentation of our Community Reentry Champion Award for individuals and organizations going above and beyond. Based on attendance in past years, we expect to engage 200 to 250 people.

Your partnership will demonstrate a powerful commitment to health equity, corporate social responsibility, and community health innovation.

Would you like to make an in-kind donation? Great! Please email reentry@phimc.org

Sponsorship Commitments are requested by January 30, 2026.
