In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages that I may have against Vergason Technology, Inc., Spencer Van Etten Alumni Association Inc., the sponsors, coordinating groups, and individuals associated with the event, their representatives, successors and assigns, and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries suffered in connection with said event.
