About This Event

Pounds for Patriots Challenge

The PSYOP Regimental Association – North Carolina Chapter is proud to partner with 1st Battalion, 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) in support of the 2026 CPL Nicholas Roush Memorial Week.

The Pounds for Patriots Challenge is a unit-wide push-up and deadlift competition that brings Soldiers, Veterans, Families, and supporters together to honor the life, service, and sacrifice of Corporal Nicholas Roush while celebrating the strength, resilience, and enduring spirit of the PSYOP Regiment.

Participants and supporters are encouraged to pledge a donation based on the number of push-ups, deadlift repetitions, or both completed during the competition. Every contribution helps strengthen the mission of the PSYOP Regimental Association – North Carolina Chapter, ensuring we can continue to preserve the history of the Regiment, honor our fallen, recognize those who have served, and support future Chapter programs and events.

Whether you're competing, sponsoring a participant, or making a one-time donation, your support helps carry forward the legacy of those who have served before us.
