Once signed up, member of our staff will be reaching out to set the specific date of surgery and give additional information regarding drop off and pick up. When you arrive to your appointment, go to the to the "Admissions & Lost Pet" Building located at 5428 Antioch Drive, Merriam, KS 6620. If you have current records for rabies vaccination(s) if its current, please bring those with you to your appointment.
