Stretch, smile, and spend an afternoon with some very special puppies! 

Join Guide Dogs of the Desert for Puppy Yoga, a fun, all-level yoga experience led by Karen Salgado of Fitness with Karen.

Guests will enjoy a one-hour yoga session with our adorable Guide Dogs of the Desert puppies joining the experience along the way. The final portion of the event will include time to relax, cuddle, play, and snap photos with the puppies.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping onto a mat for the first time, everyone is welcome.

Your participation supports Guide Dogs of the Desert and our mission to provide expertly trained guide dogs to individuals who are blind or visually impaired, at no cost to our clients.

What to Know
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and get settled. Late entry will not be permitted more than 20 minutes after the session begins.

Space is limited and advance registration is required.
