We have continued to pay our employees - without furloughs or layoffs - specifically because we know that for many of our consumer employees their monthly pay is quite literally the difference in survival - or not.

Without monthly pay for their work at CHARG, many of our employees may not be able to afford food, housing, or essential needs. Complicate this situation with chronic mental illness as well as social and emotional challenges, and surviving day-to-day can become overwhelming.
