Rawhide Youth Services provides mental and behavioral health services for youth who struggle with anger, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and more. Committed to creating a path to hope and healing for youth through a variety of trauma-informed approaches, Rawhide works hard to help youth create real change within themselves and reach their true potential.
In our Green Bay schools today, more than 1,200 students sit in their classrooms planning to attempt suicide, and more than 5,300 students experience anxiety levels so extreme, it's difficult to focus on their schoolwork. This is happening every day in schools throughout the Green Bay area, and only 20% of our youth feel they can get the help they need. These are our neighbors’ kids, maybe even your kids, and they desperately need our help.
Today, Rawhide has therapists embedded in the Howard-Suamico and West De Pere School Districts, a youth counseling center, and partners with The Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay, to serve these at-risk youth. And we need you, by our side, to continue supporting them as they grow and thrive, becoming the best versions of themselves. Together, we can make a difference and transform young lives.
While they navigate everyday challenges and unspeakable tragedies, the youth in our community should never struggle in silence, or alone.
