Back to School Bash & School Supply Assistance – for Ray-Pec Students

The Back to School Bash and school supply assistance programs support Raymore-Peculiar students who need help with school supplies, clothing, or hygiene items.

Please complete this registration form for each student needing assistance.  The deadline to sign up for supplies is August 2nd.

School Supply Distribution Details
School supplies will be distributed at the Back to School Bash:
August 15 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

If you are unable to attend, supplies will be delivered to your student’s school before the first day of classes.

Please note: Supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee all requested items.

Important Information

• Pre-K students: Families may request supplies; however, only basic necessities will be provided.
• Kindergarten students: A supply fee is collected through the school, so families do not need to request supplies.
• High school students (grades 9–12): Families may request supplies; however, only basic necessities will be provided before school begins. Supply lists are not finalized until the first day of school. Additional supplies will be available throughout the year at the 9th Grade Center, Ray-Pec High School, and Ray-Pec Academy as needed.
