We need monetary donations and we need them now. Hurricane Helene has decimated our region. Neighbors have lost their lives, entire buildings have been washed away. Animals are lost and need help. Brother Wolf has been completely devastated. We have lost all physical assets. We lost our shelter, a building that has saved over a hundred thousand animals since 2007. It's now a disaster zone. Our animals were evacuated prior to the storm and are safe, thanks to our beautiful community.

The heart of Brother Wolf is not a building; it's all of us coming together to impact both people's and animals' lives in a positive way.

We will rebuild in a new location in Asheville. We’re the only lifeline for thousands of animals every year, and this is the time when they need us most. This is the time when we need YOU the most, more than we ever have before. With you by our side, we can move through the grief of this catastrophic setback. We can't do it alone. Will you help?

Phase One Goal: $3 Million to Lay the Foundation

With this initial $3 million, we will begin Phase One, rebuilding Brother Wolf Animal Rescue as a lifesaving facility with even more capacity than before. This funding will allow us to resume core programs, purchase land on higher ground, and establish the core framework of our shelter build project with a firm specializing in building shelters. During this phase, our work for animals will not stop; this is the time when our region needs us the most.

Phase One funding will enable us to move into a temporary facility with spaces that include overnight housing for dogs and cats, medical care, recovery space for animals with special needs, and support for our large network of animal foster homes.

We can do this, but we need financial support from people like you to make it happen. Will you stand with us, shoulder to shoulder, to help animals who are suffering?
