Welcome to the 2026 RedTails Bowling Camp & Visit Day!

Date & Location

  • Date: Friday, August 7, 2026

  • Morning Location (Visit Day & Lunch): Hawkeye Community College, Main Campus – Tama Hall (1501 East Orange Road, Waterloo, IA)

  • Afternoon Location (On-Lane Instruction): Cadillac XBC (650 La Porte Road, Waterloo, IA)

Registration & Ticket Info

  • Camp Fee: $75.00

  • What’s Included: * Full access to all Experience Hawkeye Visit Day activities (Admissions overview, campus tour, and academic breakouts).

    • Complimentary lunch for the student and their guests.

    • 2-hour Classroom Strategy Session (Practice & Tournament Planning).

    • 2-hour On-Lane Instruction at Cadillac XBC featuring Specto Bowling tracking.

    • Official Storm and Hawkeye swag.

Important Registration Note: To keep things simple and avoid filling out multiple forms, do not register on the main college visit page. By registering and paying the $75 camp fee here, our staff will automatically complete your official Experience Hawkeye Visit Day (EHVD) registration on your behalf.

  • 11:30 am: Academic Program Breakout Session

  • 12:00 pm: Lunch (Included)

  • 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Classroom Session (Practice & Tournament Planning)

  • 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm: On-Lane Instruction at Cadillac XBC

By registering for this event, you accept the following:

I hereby assume all risks of event activity (including property damage, personal injury, or death) that may result from any event activity. As parent/guardian, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hawkeye Community College (hereafter Hawkeye), Board or Regents-State of Iowa, State of Iowa, the event and their officers, employees, agents, instructors and all participants in the event program for and against all liability, including claims and suits at law or in equity, for fatal or otherwise, and property loss or damage which may result from any negligence and/or the student taking part in event activities.

In the event of injury or illness, I give my consent for medical treatment, and permission to event personnel to supervise or perform on-site first aid for minor injuries and to a licensed physician to hospitalize and secure proper treatment (including injections, anesthesia, surgery, or other reasonable and necessary procedures) for the student. I agree to assume all costs related to any such treatment. I authorize my insurance company to pay benefits for the costs of such treatment. I also authorize the disclosure of medical information to my insurance company for the purpose of any claim. I understand each student must provide his/her own medical insurance. I also understand that I am responsible for any medical or other charges related to the student’s attendance at the Hawkeye event.

I certify that the student is physically capable of participating in the event activities. I have disclosed any physical limitations or medical problems that might limit the student's capability to perform under the normal conditions of event activities. Hawkeye reserves the right to deny anyone the opportunity to participate where a question exists regarding a student’s physical capability to safely participate in event activities.

Image and video release

In connection with electronic/printed announcements being produced by Hawkeye Community College,  

I hereby grant Hawkeye Community College, its successors, assigns, and those acting under its permission, or upon its authority, permission to use my likeness in a photograph, in any and all of its publications, including website entries. 

I further hereby consent that Hawkeye Community College may take video or audio and that Hawkeye Community College may use, reproduce, and publish the same in any manner and context, and with which sound and dialogue and copy Hawkeye Community College deems advisable.  

I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Hawkeye Community College and will not be returned. I understand and agree that the College may edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute this photograph, video, or audio for purposes of publicizing Hawkeye Community College or for any other lawful purpose. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears.
