Six Core Leadership Sessions
Designed for lead pastors and emerging leaders, these practical sessions focus on leadership formation — not abstract theory.
1. Leading Yourself Well & Persevering in Ministry — Self-awareness, emotional maturity, and personal habits shape everything downstream. Leaders also learn to manage energy, recognize burnout early, and build rhythms for long-term sustainability.
2. Leading Change & Navigating Conflict — Conflict is a normal outcome of leadership, not a sign of failure. Leaders learn to face it honestly and lead necessary change with clarity, empathy, and pace — without fracturing relationships.
3. From Doing Ministry to Building Healthy Teams — When leaders do everything themselves, they limit both people and mission. This session addresses the shift from doer to leader and how to build volunteer teams marked by trust, ownership, and health.
4. Mentoring Leaders & Sending Them Well — Invest in potential leaders before they feel ready. Then learn to release them well — because sending is a sign of health, not loss, and shapes a culture of generosity and mission.
5. Vision & Culture: Setting Direction & Shaping What Matters — Vision must be discovered, clearly communicated, and consistently connected to real decisions. Culture forms whether leaders intend it or not — this session shows how to shape it intentionally.
6. Theological Foundations for Faithful Leadership One emphasis chosen from: Biblical literacy for ministry decisions, Church history and its lessons for today, or core theological convictions that shape leadership ethics and culture.
