About This Event
Join us as we Reshape the Future for students and families in Central Florida!
Be part of an inspiring breakfast where we'll share powerful stories of impact, challenges overcome, and remarkable successes. This fundraiser brings together our community's most compassionate and generous members to make a real difference. 100% of funds raised through this inspirational event will remove barriers to success for children and families in our community.
About Community Partnership Schools
Thousands of local students arrive to school each day with more than a backpack – they carry baggage beyond their years: hunger, homelessness, poverty, exposure to violence, mental health struggles, inadequate access to health care and more. They carry so much weight that they simply cannot focus on their education.
The Community Partnership Schools™ model, founded by Children’s Home Society of Florida, UCF and Orange County Public Schools, takes a whole-child approach to addressing these challenges by supporting students’ educational and life success.
Through a long-term partnership with the school district, a college or university, and a health care provider, CHS leads community collaboration to bring resources and opportunities to students and families. By addressing barriers to learning —poverty, food insecurity, homelessness and others – Community Partnership Schools bring together high-quality academic supports, health care, counseling, mentoring and more – right at the school.
Central Florida Community Partnership Schools:
- Eccleston Elementary
- Evans High School
- Jones High School
- OCPS Academic Center for Excellence (ACE)

About CHS
We believe in the potential of every child and family. We believe children and families are stronger than the odds stacked against them – and, together, we can create opportunities that bring brighter futures.
Life can be hard, and no child, no family should face the tough times alone.
CHS delivers the right services at the right time to help children and families through the most difficult times of their lives. We work to help keep more kids safe at home with their families, giving parents confidence and opportunities to build upon their strengths, empowering them to raise their children in healthy, nurturing homes.
