Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just in it for the fun, this is a day you won’t want to miss.

Schedule of Events

• Check-in: 7:00 – 7:45 AM
  • Start your morning with a delicious Das Essenhaus donut and a fresh cup of coffee, as you check in and warm up your swing before the shotgun start. 
  • Door Prizes: We have 8 great door prizes to give away this year! Every golfer will receive one complimentary door prize ticket at check-in for a chance to win. Be sure to hang around after your round to see if you're one of our lucky winners!
• Shotgun Start: 8:00 AM
• Lunch & Awards: 1:00 PM 
  • Stay for lunch after your round or grab a boxed lunch before heading back to the office! Lunch is generously provided by our lunch sponsor, Nelson's Catering, and will be available for all golfers. We hope you'll stick around for lunch, raffle drawings, prizes, and fellowship as we wrap up a great day on the course.

Raffles:  We have two raffles this year.  $1,000 cash and a Golf Cart!

Pro Tip: Bring CASH for on-course games, raffle tickets, and rescue kits.  You won’t want to miss out on the fun!  Cash helps keep the lines moving and transactions quick, so everyone can get back to enjoying their round.

Forgot to bring cash on the day of the event? No problem! You can still pay by credit card by clicking "Get Tickets" to purchase raffle tickets, on-course games, rescue kits, or a RETA hat.

Raffle Disclaimer: Winners of both the $1,000 Cash Raffle and Golf Cart Raffle must be present at the event to claim their prize. If the selected winner is not present, another winner will be drawn.
