2026 Fall Festival Baby Photo Contest Entry Form

Enter your baby in the 2026 Baby Photo Contest during the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival! Each baby's photo will be displayed at Booth #74 in a 5x7 frame from October 5-10, 2026.

There will be 2 contest categories: Newborn - 2 years old  & 3 years old - 5 years old

Please review the contest rules:

1. To enter your baby in the baby photo contest, there is an entry fee of $20. 
2. Entries must include a valid birthdate, phone number, and email address to win.
3. Entry in each age-specific category is based on the contestant's age as of October 5, 2026.
4. Entries accepted online.
5. By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Right to Life of Southwest Indiana for advertising purposes.
6. Entries will be identified by a number (rather than name or other identifying factors).
7. No limit to the number of votes (one penny per vote).
8. Winners determined by popular vote.
9. 1st place winner in each category will receive $200 cash, and a professional photo shoot. 
10. 2nd place winner in each category will receive $100 cash.
11. 3rd place winner in each category will receive $50 cash.
12. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email by October 14, 2026.
13. Official vote tallies are final. 
14. All proceeds fund Right to Life of Southwest Indiana. 
15. Contest officially ends Saturday, October 10, at 11:59 pm. 
16. Baby photo entries may be submitted at any time throughout the contest week, October 5–10, online. Photos submitted during this period will be displayed the following day after submission. We encourage early submissions to maximize visibility and participation in the contest.

Voting for your favorite baby photo will be in-person at the Fall Festival (Booth #74) and online. One penny = one vote. To vote online, visit the link below:
