About Us

We believe in a community where anyone can gain the skills and confidence to approach, negotiate, and resolve issues in peaceful ways. At CCR, we work directly with youth and adults to make this vision a reality. Last year nearly 5,000 individuals participated in a transformative process, training, or activity. We're proud to work with people of all ages, meeting them where they are - schools, workplaces, neighborhoods, and transition centers.

From training educators and students, to facilitating meaningful discussions in neighborhoods, and equipping justice-involved individuals with mediation skills, CCR helps people manage conflict. Most importantly, we do so in ways that honor each person’s dignity.
