Rise Together for HER: This Women’s History Month, Saltwater Mountain Co. “Dip Down To Rise Up” and Strong Girls United are teaming up to build a stronger future for girls in our community. 

The Rise Together for HER campaign supports The Strong Girls United Hub—our local empowerment center for girls and women #builtforher, designed to ensure every girl has access to sport, mentorship, mental health skill-building resources, and a supportive, empowering community.

Your gift helps provide scholarships, free events, and year-round programming so that every girl, regardless of background, has a place to belong, grow, and thrive. Celebrate the women who shaped us by investing in the girls who will lead next!

We will culminate the month with a community event at The Hub (13 Church St, York Beach) to learn about the science and benefits of cold-water dipping before a short walk to a mindfully-led cold-water dip at Short Sands Beach. Enjoy an experience of connection, mental health and empowerment.
