Cost
The cost is $250 USD for an individual attendee and includes all of the above plus refreshments and a hot lunch each day.Â
For multiple attendees from the same organization, church, or school, we offer highly discounted rates. They are as follows:
2 tickets = $50/ticket discount
3 tickets = $100/ticket discount
4+ tickets = $150/ticket discount
In order to receive group discounts, you must email us at registrations@rivercrossglobal.org with your org info and quantity of attendees in your group and we will reply back with the appropropriate promo code.
Also, a limited number of additional scholarships available to qualified applicants. If you are interested in a scholarship, please email registrations@rivercrossglobal.org with your information and a short description of your need for a scholarship and we'll contact you directly.

Harare is a vibrant city and easily accessible for travelers from across the region. You will arrive at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport. Click HERE to check your visa requirements. Taxis and rideshare services are available to get you from the airport to your lodging. Central Baptist Church is located in the "Harare Central" section of the city, about a 20-30 minute ride from the airport.
Accommodations
Lodging is not included in your registration, but we encourage you to book accommodations nearby. Popular options within walking distance include Bronte Garden Hotel, Grand Selous Hotel, and Monomotapa Hotel. Please arrange your own transportation to and from Central Baptist Church each day, as group shuttles will not be provided.
