Rize+Lead Registration

Rize+Lead is a 6-month program designed to accelerate and enhance the skills and effectiveness of high-potential and emerging leaders. This leadership development program covers an intensive understanding of core leadership concepts over six months.

Participants build self-awareness, develop higher emotional intelligence, learn how to improve processes and teamwork, and hone their ability to have difficult conversations. Content is supported by one-on-one coaching sessions following each classroom session, ensuring the learning sticks and real changes are implemented in the workplace. 

The 6 key building blocks for Rize+Lead include:

3. Building a Highly Functional Team
4. Exercising Emotional Intelligence
5. Mastering Difficult Conversations 
6. Sharpening the Saw

This leadership learning happens through a combination of classroom sessions and individual, 1-1 coaching.  We will meet for a 1/2 day each month in our conference room at 99 Church Street E, Jacksonville (downtown, the Cathedral District). Each classroom session builds upon the previous, so participants should be able to attend all 6 sessions. 

The November 2025-2026 Cohort will meet on the 1st Wednesday of each month from 8:30-12:30 pm EST

• Session 3 - January 7, 2026
• Session 4 - February 4, 2026
• Session 5 - March 4, 2026
• Session 6 - April 1, 2026
