Presented by HEART Women and Girls

Heart at Home: Community Gathering

About This Event

Join us on Tuesday, October 22nd at 6pm in West Loop to re-imagine kinship, community, and home with other Muslim visionaries! This event is our way of giving thanks and remembrance to the friends, family, and changemakers who've molded HEART into a leader in the reproductive justice space while debuting HEART's transformative new RAHIM Campaign. This project is a vital step in bringing HEART's Reproductive Justice Framework, referral network, and mutual aid fund to Muslims seeking the support to make safe and autonomous decisions about their bodies and reproductive lives.

We'll have a wide range of activities for your enjoyment, including a henna station, scrapbooking, and calligraphy! Attendees will also have a chance to contribute to the HEART-chives, a community-generated history of HEART's fifteen years.

Light refreshments will be served. All proceeds from this event will go directly towards sustaining life-changing resources that promote the health, dignity, and well-being of Muslims across the country.

The exact address for the event will be emailed to registrants several days prior.

Save your spot by RSVPing today!

*We strive to make our events inclusive and accessible to all. If cost is a barrier to attending, please email mehlam@heartwomenandgirls.org.
