Adelante Healthcare’s Rooted in Community Luncheon brings together community partners, advocates, and supporters who believe that access to healthcare should be within reach for everyone.

Across our communities, many individuals and families continue to face difficult choices when it comes to their health. Rising healthcare costs and lack of insurance often force people to delay care, skip medications, or go without essential services altogether. Adelante Healthcare works every day to remove those barriers by providing high-quality, compassionate care regardless of a person’s ability to pay.

This meaningful afternoon will highlight the impact of that work through powerful stories, community connection, and a shared commitment to improving the health and well-being of our communities. Guests will gain a deeper understanding of how local support helps expand access to care for individuals and families across Maricopa County.

For more than 40 years, Adelante Healthcare has remained committed to serving communities with compassion and purpose. What began as care for migrant workers without access to healthcare has grown into a network of community health centers providing integrated services including primary care, women’s health, behavioral health, dental care, preventive services, and more.
