Restorative Justice Facilitation Training 2026

Registration ends Monday, 08/10/2026 6:23pm EDT

About This Event

The Center for Dialogue and Resolution has maintained a robust Restorative Justice diversion program in partnership with Juvenile Justice Departments for more than 20 years and with the Lane County DA's office for the last 8 years. Based on indigenous ways of being and thinking about belonging within a community, and responding to harmful actions without banishment, RP emphasizes accountability AND support.

Our RJ Facilitation training explores deeply the philosophy, the techniques, the interpersonal skills and formalized processes that allow people who have caused harm to take meaningful responsibility for repairing it, and create opportunities for people who have been harmed to have a real voice in that process.  Intended for anyone interested in learning RJ facilitation skills, this workshop covers 12 hours over two consecutive days and meets requirements for those interested in volunteering with our Restorative Justice program.

Refreshments will be provided and both days will include a lunch break from 12pm - 1pm.

Cost:  Early bird registration is $225 until Friday 7/24/26 at 5pm. Afterward, the regular fee for this training will be $300 per person.  We at CDR always strive to make our trainings as accessible as possible. If you would like to discuss support from our scholarship fund, please reach out to kelli@lanecdr.com.

This training is primarily designed to be in-person, however, we can make a hybrid option available if needed. Please let us know if that option will help you to attend.
