Domestic violence organizations throughout Vermont serve hundreds of male identifying survivors each year, but there are many more men who struggle to recognize signs of abuse in their relationship or feel unable to reach out for help and to access services. This webinar will provide advocates with information and resources on how to support male survivors through inclusive, trauma informed, and empowerment focused practices.
Join us for a 45 minute webinar where we will:

Define intimate partner violence and identify signs of abuse specific to male survivors

Discuss barriers to accessing support, including stigma, cultural norms, and beliefs about masculinity
