Join us for four rounds of high-energy bingo with fabulous prizes, electrifying drag performances, and an atmosphere of joy and community spirit. Every cheer, laugh, and shout of “BINGO!” brings us closer to a safer, more supportive Los Angeles for women and children who are unhoused. Dress to impress, bring your friends, and prepare for an unforgettable night supporting a vital cause. Each ticket comes with two drink tickets, and some light snacks will be provided.
Prizes include hand-painted press-on nails from Muther Nails, a gift card to Ca' Del Sole, a 5-series of classes from Spinergy, a custom dozen cookies created by you at The Very Best Cookie, and more!
Free 90-minute validation will be provided for the parking lot behind Spinergy off of Allott Ave. Otherwise, metered street parking is available on Ventura Blvd.
About The Women's Safe Parking Program
Safe Parking LA is launching a Women's Safe Parking Program that will provide overnight refuge and trauma-informed support for unaccompanied women and women-led households experiencing vehicular homelessness. Operating 365 days a year, the program will offer secure parking, hygiene access, case management, and connections to housing and supportive services.
Women experiencing homelessness report the highest rates of trauma, violence, and barriers to services. The 2021 Los Angeles County Women's Needs Assessment found that 61% of unhoused women had experienced domestic violence, and 65% cited trauma or abuse as a reason for becoming homeless. Women living in vehicles remain especially vulnerable, often avoiding congregate shelters to maintain autonomy, protect their mobility, and stay with pets, children, or belongings.
Launching July 1, 2025, the program will prioritize women impacted by homelessness, domestic violence, behavioral health challenges, and trauma. Our vision is a community where no woman sleeping in her vehicle is forced to choose between safety and survival, and where every woman has a clear, supported pathway to permanent housing, healing, and independence.
