NeuroFit Wellness

NeuroFit Wellness Purpose

The NeuroFit Wellness program provides a structured, sensory-conscious fitness program designed specifically to support neurodivergent individuals with related sensory sensitivities.

This program will provide a supportive and predictable environment where participants can engage in physical activity tailored to their unique needs. Through intentional design and specialized instruction, the program aims to enhance:

  • Physical strength and coordination

  • Emotional regulation and self-awareness

  • Social interaction and communication skills

  • Overall quality of life and well-being

To further support participant success, sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 1:00 PM –3:00 PM at SFFLC. This timeframe has been intentionally selected to minimize environmental stimuli such as noise and crowd levels, creating a calmer and more consistent setting.

By combining evidence-informed fitness practices with a sensory-aware approach, this initiative seeks to foster confidence, independence, and meaningful social engagement among participants.
