About This Event
We are so thankful to have your support at this SUPER fun event, celebrating the close of the 2025-26 school year with our teachers and staff in Santa Fe ISD!
Your support as a sponsor and/or vendor is needed and appreciated! This high energy event is one to be a part of to spotlight and grow your business!

Notes:
- You may arrive as early as 6:00am (doors will not open before) to begin unloading and setting up
- The best way to enter the High School is through the auditorium side (facing the field house)
- The address is: 16000 Hwy 6, Santa Fe, TX 77510
Timeline:
- On or before May 20, I will email you with the layout of the vendor fair tables
- Reminder that we provide one table and two chairs
- Employees will begin arriving as early as 7am and will shop until 9:00am, and again after the program ends!
- We have passport cards for employees to complete for a chance to win a prize! You will sign your space on the card when they come by your table.
- Details below may change slightly but this gives you a general sense of the event as a whole:
- Breakfast is from 7:30-8:30am
- Program is from 9:00-10:30
- Employees will be dismissed and will shop until approximately 11:00am.
- You are not required to stay for the entire duration of the event – that is up to you.
- **Program is subject to slight alterations
