- Youth Development Award – SHS Blue Knights Marching Band and Color Guard
- Healthy Living Award – Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging
- Social Responsibility Award – Arc of Southington
- Youth Leadership Awards – Ava LeBlanc and Emily Bafuma
