SCFG reaches more than 1,250 young people each year, more than 80% of whom are underrepresented in STEM by race and/or socioeconomic background.

99% of SCFG alumni attended college, and 63% majored in STEM; that figure rises to 76% when economics and psychology are included. Year over year, participants keep coming back—proof that sustained mentorship and ongoing STEM exposure make a lasting difference.

How SCFG Lab supports this: these outcomes aren't built in a single session — they're built over years of relationship. SCFG L.A.B's recurring gifts are what let a participant stay in our continuum from her first Science Club through college and even returning as a Mentor. Our programs show up for her every year, not just once.
