Packing Partners Make Hands-on STEM Possible

To decrease barriers of access to STEM education, Science Club for Girls provides high-quality STEM supplies for every week of our Science Clubs. Our corporate partners are critical to ensuring our clubs are well-equipped with materials needed to deliver engaging and impactful curriculum. We invite companies to join us in this mission by supporting our packing events through this meaningful sponsored volunteer opportunity.

We’ve grown more than 500% since 2018! In the 2026-2027 school year we will serve more than 1,250 girls and gender expansive youth. With this growth and our new office space, we now have the capacity to host Curriculum Packing Events year-round!

Every 2-Hour Packing Event Includes:

A presentation on our approach to hands-on, engaging STEM programming
Employees feeling connected to our impact and understanding their essential role in providing free, high-quality STEM programming
Meaningful Volunteer Service and Team Building

Curriculum Packing Event Activities:

Groups will contribute to curriculum packing and supply management through a wide range of activities, including:

Unboxing, quality checking, and organizing supplies
Preparing supplies for packing into curriculum kits
Packing kits for one week of the curriculum
Packing supplies for in-person sites
Assembling all 8 weeks of curriculum into totes for our Virtual Participants and Mentors
Re-inventorying extra supplies

2-hour event on the last Thursday of every month
10 volunteer slots
Shared volunteer event with up to three other companies
