17th Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale

Treasures abound as The Sierra Curtis Neighborhood Association once again promotes the 17th annual Neighborhood Yard Sale! The sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, 2025 from approximately 8am – 1pm.

This year participants will be asked to provide a modest fee - $5 for SCNA members and $10 for non-members. This modest fee will help us offset the cost of marketing and outreach, including organic and paid advertising. When you register we'll ask for your address and sale items which will be included on a neighborhood map to help customers find your sale. This map will be featured in the Viewpoint Newspaper, on the Sierra 2 website, and promoted in our online marketing. In addition, we will provide 4 wayfinding signs you can download, print, and put up to promote your sale. 

Annually over 70 homes participate in this event! Join us as we “green up” and bring the opportunity for folks to unearth great finds. Remember, one person’s discards is another person’s treasure.
