In this course, Rashid Zakat, video artist and filmmaker, will share various techniques on pushing the practice of DJ’ing into the visual realm. Participants will use a range of editing programs to create haptic audiovisual content and be introduced to non-linear editing styles for the purpose of creating their own video remixes. Experience in DJing is not required; beginner experience with editing programs such as Premiere Pro is suggested.
