Countdown to Impact: 70 Donors, 7 Days, $70 to Empower the Next Generation

At Junior Achievement of Southern Colorado, we believe in the power of “possible.” For 70 incredible years, we’ve empowered students to invest in their future, gain a deeper understanding of how the world works, and pursue their dreams. We’ve shown them that it’s possible for tomorrow to be a better day. Your impact resonates in the hearts of future leaders, and we're reaching out to you because we know you share our passion for Inspiring Tomorrows.

As we celebrate this remarkable milestone, we’re thrilled to announce a special week of generosity, inspiration, and stories that highlight our journey! Join us for Seven Days of Giving for Seven Decades of Impact from October 19-25, 2024!

Why this matters:

For seven decades, Junior Achievement of Southern Colorado has helped students dream big, believe in their potential, and develop the skills to succeed in life. Our programs teach financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship—building a strong foundation for future leaders.

This week, we’ll be sharing powerful stories from students, educators, volunteers, and partners who have experienced the life-changing power of JA programs. You’ll see firsthand the incredible impact that you and our entire JA community have helped create over the years.

How to participate:

1. Every contribution counts! To celebrate 70 years of impact, any donation of $70 will make you an Impact Partner, and you’ll receive a limited-edition sticker. By donating $100 or more, you’ll become a Possibility Partner and receive a special pin as a token of our appreciation. Your generosity helps ensure that JA programs continue to inspire students for many years to come.

2. Follow Our Social Media Accounts: Each day, we’ll share powerful stories from students, educators, and volunteers who have experienced JA firsthand. Follow us on social media to see these stories and learn more about our impact.

3. Dine to Support JA: On October 23rd, Parry’s Pizza will be hosting a fundraising night. All you need to do is stop by, enjoy some pizza, and let them know you're supporting JA. A portion of your purchase will help us continue empowering youth in Southern Colorado.

4. Share: Spread the word! Sharing these stories and opportunities with your network amplifies the impact we can all make together. You never know who might be inspired to get involved!
