About SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition

SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition is volunteer-powered non-profit, leading a hyper-local response to homelessness.   Founded in 2017 to engage LA’s powerful and compassionate housed community in our city’s response to the homelessness crisis.

SELAH caries out a variety of on-site and outreach programs, with service areas spanning Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Atwater Village and Hollywood. Four days each week — including weekends — SELAH's 300+ volunteers run programs in service-poor neighborhoods that complement professional service providers.
