About This Program

High School Girls Lifting Club (Fall session)
Open to All Girls Grades 9–12 | In-Season or Off-Season Athletes Welcome

Our High School Girls Lifting Club is a structured, small-group training program for high school athletes who want to build strength, confidence, and proper lifting techniques in a supportive environment. Led by Ellen Yost, Performance Coach and Doctor of Physical Therapy, this program is designed to coach and teach high school girls lifelong training skills, and is designed for those athletes both in and out of their sports seasons.

  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00–6:30 PM

  • Fall Session: (7 Weeks) October 6 – November 17

  • Limited spots available

*Bonus: Members of the HS Lifting Club get free access to Wednesday & Sunday Performance Lab + Recovery Days for extra training, agility work, and recovery.

Cost: FREE this Fall (Donations welcome)

We recommend attending both Tuesdays & Thursdays as a twice-per-week program. If you can only commit to one day per week but would still like to participate, please email us at hello@sgunitedfoundation.org
