Step into the Louisiana Swamp Exhibit at the Audubon Zoo for a night where music, wildlife and coastal restoration come together.
As the sun sets, the Cajun Ballroom comes alive in the heart of the Louisiana swamp with gators resting nearby, otters gliding through the water and black bears close at hand in their habitat. Guests enjoy live music by T Marie and Bayou Juju, local oysters from Louisiana’s finest producers and coastal inspired dishes that showcase our working coast. Every ticket supports CRCL’s Oyster Shell Recycling Program, which recycles shell to build living shorelines that reduce erosion and create habitat.
