We're back at the annual Griffith Park Free Shakespeare Festival to host a hygiene kit build in the park. After the build, stay for a free performance of The Comedy of Errors by the Independent Shakespeare Co.

First, we're raising the funds needed to buy kit supplies—things like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and sunscreen.

Our goal of $2000 will allow us to build over 650 kits that SELAH volunteers will distribute to our unhoused neighbors over the next few months.

SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition is a 501(c)(3) organization of neighborhood organizers who recognize unhoused individuals as fellow members of our community worthy of the same dignity, respect and representation afforded to any housed person. Our vision is a community where every neighbor thrives.

Every week, SELAH caries out a variety of on-site and outreach programs led by volunteers, with service areas spanning Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Atwater Village and Hollywood.
