About This Event

Single Parents In-Person Group

Single parents with newborns through 12-month-olds are invited to join this 8-week in-person group. Please submit one registration per family.

Every parent deserves community and connection. Partners in Parenting (PIP) offers weekly peer support groups for single parents. PIP provides a safe space to share the highs and lows of parenting, grow as new parents, combat social isolation, and have fun with new friends.

What is a PIP Group?
Weekly peer-to-peer support groups for parents to attend with their babies led by a trained facilitator. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and non-judgmental space where parents become a support network for each other.

What happens during a PIP Group?

  • The group processes all the highs and lows that come with parenthood.
  • Parents learn new information and skills through weekly topics like feeding, sleep, early learning and development, emotional changes, relationships, and work/life balance.
  • Participants gain resources through the group leader, each other, and guest speakers.

Babies and moms are welcome at all meetings.

This group will meet on the following dates:

  • Oct 12 11-12:30/1pm
  • Oct 19 11-12:30/1pm
  • Oct 26 11-12:30/1pm
  •  Nov 2 11-12:30/1pm
  • Nov 9 11-12:301pm
