Frazzled to Fantastic -- Sacred Self-Care Support
Is Your Daily Schedule Too Packed?
Do You Struggle with Managing Stress?
Does Relaxation Take a Backseat in Your Life?
Jesus doesn’t want us to get swallowed up by the concerns of this world. Yet how can we share our God-given talents and work together as the body of Christ if we are stuck in our own problems?
“Frazzled to Fantastic” is designed to help you discover how to take care of yourself so you can keep doing what God is calls you to uniquely do! A yoga instructor and graduate of Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, D’Etta Broam has a passion for helping others discover balance in mind, body, and spirit.
Through lecture, interactive, and small group formats, participants will learn self-care tips and practices. In her unique, fun, and faith-filled style, D’Etta will also incorporate methods of breathing, balancing, stretching, and strengthening the bodies that God created.
