Majie founded Mirage by Maj to create mirrors that help instil confidence in young girls. The mirrors promote self esteem and self worth and let girls know they are beautiful and don’t have to change themselves for anyone. She personalizes the mirrors with flowers, rhinestones, LED lights, and empowering words. Majie used the $500 VentureLab Spark Program funds to get supplies to expand her business. 

During her time in the Spark Program, Majie researched opportunities to make her product more appealing to girls her age and embraced failure by realizing that every set back was getting her closer to her goals. Majie is ready to continue promoting self worth and let girls know they are beautiful and don’t have to change themselves for anyone! Some of Majie's materials included:
