Feline Flow Yoga

About the class:
This year's Feline Flow Yoga class will be hosted Saturday, May 9, 2026 where we will come together for a one hour gentle class, focused on breath-based movement & relaxation. Kittens will be roaming during this class so please be cautious if you need to leave the room at any time. Open to all levels of experience.

It is encourage to bring your own mat, blocks, and water bottle.
*Mats will not be provided*

About the instructor:
Cheryl - H.E.A.L BFLO
Cheryl was born and raised in Western New York, always surrounding herself by friends and family. Having a 25 year career in Education, she choose to teach inter city high school drop outs. Bringing awareness to her family to always be compassionate, appreciative and giving to everyone around you. Teaching that to her two beautiful boys was forefront in her life. Starting her yoga practice opened her soul to a level she never knew existed. H.E.A.L. BFLO began because she had a vision that she could bring everyone and everything she loves together and spread the positive changes that our city is creating. This community is joining together, and watching the response from friends, businesses and total strangers is showing us what were all made of.
