Root & Rise: Sound Healing Restorative Yoga & Seeds of Intention with Coach Racheal

Registration ends Friday, 09/25/2026 11:59pm PDT

About This Event

Join us for mindful movement, reflection, and connection with nature at Rush Ranch. Coach Racheal weaves together a sound healing meditation with singing bowls, a mindful nature walk, restorative yoga, and journaling practices.

As you immerse yourself in nature, you’ll be invited to engage your senses and cultivate presence. Enjoy a deeply relaxing yoga practice and sound bath with meditation that encourages reflection and gratitude for the earth that sustains us. Combined with the healing qualities of nature, these experiences become transformative.

This workshop will take place at SLT’s Rush Ranch, a place rich in beauty, history, and ecological significance. Immersion in open space allows participants to experience the calming rhythms of nature—wind moving through native grasses, the steady presence of horses, and the quiet expansiveness of protected land. This setting supports relaxation, nervous system balance, and a sense of belonging. The land connects all the people, plants, and animals that it touches.

Set within the peaceful landscape of the Ranch, this experience invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect deeply with the natural world, yourself, and community. Together, we will plant new seeds in the form of intentions, practices, and relationships that support authentic growth.

We will begin with sipping tea and setting intentions in our journals. Together we will take a mindful walking meditation around the ranch, awakening our senses to the sounds, textures, scents, and beauty of the surrounding plants and wildlife.

Returning to our circle, we move into a guided yoga practice inspired by nature—swaying like the trees in the wind, grounding our feet like deep roots in the earth, and breathing in the vast openness of the sky. Our facilitator, Rachel Diaz, specializes in adaptive yoga for all bodies and abilities.

After yoga, we’ll pause for reflection and intention setting, acknowledging our connection with the Earth and how we can honor her in our daily lives through mindful choices.

To close our circle, we will experience a healing sound bath and plant seeds of intention, symbolizing growth, care, and our commitment to nurturing both the Earth and ourselves.
