Join us for the 5th Annual St. Anthony Mental Health 5K—a community event dedicated to raising awareness, supporting local mental health services, and breaking the stigma around mental illness. This year, we honor the courage and resilience in every story.
Whether you walk, jog, or run, every step you take helps provide vital behavioral health resources for patients and families at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll, Iowa—and celebrates the strength found in every journey.

8:00 – 8:45 AM: Registration & Check-In Pick up race materials and get ready to go.
9:00 AM: Opening Remarks & National Anthem
9:10 AM: 5K Run/Walk Begins Participants will follow a clearly marked course.
10:30 AM: Silent Auction Closes & Winners Announced
