About This Event
WCT maintains five public nature preserves spanning more than 300 acres, and we rely on your help to accomplish our mission. Stewardship Volunteers work on a variety of projects including:
Planting and Planting Site Maintenance
Trail Maintenance
Infrastructure Repairs
Clean-Ups
Invasive Plant Removal
WCT's Stewardship Manager John Holback leads Stewardship Volunteer Thursdays. Registrants will receive an email notification on the Tuesday before the workday with work details and location. Please come prepared with sturdy boots.
*** WAIVERS ***
Each volunteer MUST register separately. Waivers are required for all volunteers.
STEWARDSHIP
The goal of Land Stewardship is to protect and increase the land's resilience to human factors while also balancing the desire for human use and recreation. Our lands are no different and we work hard to care for them in an ecologically sensitive and scientific manner while also understanding that they serve the community as a valuable recreational and aesthetic asset.

Cancellation Policy:
IF WILLISTOWN CONSERVATION TRUST (WCT) CANCELS AN EVENT
WCT may cancel events due to inclement weather or low registration. If an event is canceled, we will notify you of the rescheduled event date, and you will receive a full refund.
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO AN EVENT
If your cancellation is at least 72 hours in advance of the event date, you will receive a full refund. Please email events@wctrust.org or call 610-353-2562 to cancel. If your cancellation is less than 72 hours' notice and you DO NOT attend a event, your event registration fee will support the Trust's mission to save open space and connect people to nature.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
Attendance throughout the programs and events with Willistown Conservation Trust gives consent to be photographed for use in print and electronic media.
