2025 - 2026 Faith Formation Registration

2025-2026 Faith Formation for Kindergarten - 12th Grade 

Registration for Faith Formation at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Memorial Park is NOW OPEN!  

Elementary Faith Formation (Kindergarten - 5th Grade) will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:45pm twice per month beginning in September. View the Elementary Faith Formation Schedule at https://sttheresa.cc/elementary-calendar

Middle School Faith Formation (6th - 8th Grade) will be held on Sunday Afternoons at 4:00 - 5:15pm twice per month beginning in September. View the Middle School Faith Formation Schedule at https://sttheresa.cc/middle-school-schedule

High School Confirmation Prep (9th - 12th Grade) will be held on Sunday Afternoons at 4:00 - 5:15pm twice per month beginning in September. For High School Students who do not attend a Catholic High School, they must complete two consecutive years of Confirmation Prep. For students who attend a Catholic High School and will be entering 10th grade, they will only need to complete one year of Confirmation Prep. 

High School Post-Confirmation Formation will be held the same Sundays as High School Confirmation Prep. Participants must have received the Sacrament of Confimation to attend Post-Confirmation Formation. 2025-2026 Faith Formation Registration Fees:

• $110 for 1 child
• $140 for 2 siblings (children in the same family)
• $165 for 3+ siblings (children in the same family)

CATECHIST & CATECHIST AIDES NEEDED! If you are interested in dedicating your time and talent to help with the Faith Formation Ministry, your children will receive a 50% discount off the Registration Fees. Please answer YES on the Volunteer request below and select the "Child Registration for VOLUNTEERS" option for your family. We truly appreciate your helpful hands!

It is the policy of St. Theresa Catholic Church that no child/teen be denied registration for Faith Formation due to financial hardship.  If you are in need of Financial Assistance, please contact Tommy Cordova by email t.cordova@sttheresa.cc or by phone 346-335-1816.
