Description of Event: Hosted at Woodhaven’s resort-like pools and massive cabana, the party will open at 3:00pm. For a $30 fee, attendees will receive 5 hours of swimming and lounging, complimentary nonalcoholic drinks, snacks, pizza, and ice cream. Signature mocktail will be provided; cash bar will be open for beer and cocktails. A host of vacation-like kids activities will be provided, including hair wrapping, face painting, visiting a “fish pond,” & swimming with a mermaid.
Anticipated Audience: 400 attendees, with ages ranging from 0 to 85, with high concentration of families with school-aged children and teens. Adult attendance will likely skew female. 30 Volunteers, mixed genders, largely high school aged.
