Donations to the Kaweah Health Street Medicine Team funds our volunteer nurses, doctors and support staff as they provide mobile health care to the homeless in Tulare County. By taking health care to the homeless we are seeing less traffic in the Emergency Department, collaborating with social services agencies to provide avenues off the street and back into society.
