About This Camp Week
Week One of Cedar Run's Let's Go Summer Camp!
June 22 to June 26 - This week of camp, we are offering these sessions:
Fledglings, ages 3 and 4
9:00am-12:00pm - Half-Day sessions only!
3 year old campers must be turning 4 by October 1st
For these little ones, we begin to investigate the woods through games, hikes, animal encounters, crafts and song. Possibilities for fun are endless!
Campers MUST be potty trained.
Discovery by the Day, Grades Kindergarten to 5th
9:00am-3:00pm
Cedar Run understands that some families can’t commit to a full week. With our “Discovery by the Day” sessions, you can sign-up for whichever days you’d like to accommodate your scheduling needs. New activities are planned each day so each child can participate. This is a combined group for campers entering grades K-5th only.
Daily themes:
- Monday- Wildlife Wanderings
- Tuesday- Wild About Art and Experiments
- Wednesday- Eww Bugs!
- Thursday- Survival Adventures
- Friday- Water, Water Everywhere
To register for the Full week, please use the Full Week option with one ticket per child. To register for individual days, please choose the days you need. Ticket amounts are fixed, so if a day is not available, you may email camp@cedarrun.org to see if space is available.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cedar Run reserves the right to cancel a camp session due to insufficient enrollment. If Cedar Run cancels a session, you will be notified by 10 days prior to the start of the session and all fees will be fully refunded.
If you remove your child from a camp session before it begins, refunds are as follows:
- A full refund (less a $35 non-refundable processing fee per registration) will be issued if cancellation request is received no later than 30 days prior to the start of the child’s scheduled camp.
- A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation request is received 14 to 29 days prior to the start of the child’s scheduled camp.
- No refund will be issued if cancellation request is received later than 14 days prior to the start of the child’s scheduled camp.
