This course will introduce students to the many factors related to color in painting. Subjects such as hue, value, saturation, and color interaction will be covered. Color mixing development of color schemes and how to mix the color you see or want. The student will complete various exercises that will help build understanding of each color process. This class is designed for the beginner to the intermediate student. If you have some background this can be helpful. This class will provide hands on instruction in color mixing, color selection and painting using various color schemes.
